As we begin 2021, I think we can all agree it’s our chance for a fresh start. Over the past year, we have been working on updating our logo. We are excited to introduce you to our new “modern look,” but rest assured that our number one focus is still on you, the member.
Our new logo reflects our continued commitment to providing safe, reliable, affordable power while improving the quality of life to our members.
Because our industry is constantly evolving so is our communication with you. Many of you still like to call us directly, while others don’t want to be bothered and prefer to use SmartHub® or our website and that’s OK. We want to meet you where you feel comfortable connecting with us through the communication channel that works best for your lifestyle.
In today’s world, information is at our fingertips, which is why we have recently launched our brand new website — southernindianapower.com — to help simplify your monthly interactions with us. We designed our website specifically for the smartphone user so it is extremely mobile friendly. We’ve also created online forms with the option for an electronic signature so you can directly submit them to us, eliminating the need for you to mail them or drop them by the office.
We’re extremely excited about our new logo and the new website, and we hope you are too. For the last 82 years, we have strived to go beyond expectations to connect to our members, and we will remain steadfast in that commitment.
